Instructions To Delete Account

We understand that you may want to delete your Minepay account. Please follow one of the two methods below to initiate the account deletion process:

Method 1: Email Support

If you prefer email communication, please follow these steps:

1. Compose an email including your phone number and username.
2. Send the email to support@minepay.in.
3. Expect a response within 24-48 hours of your request.

Method 2: Minepay App

If you'd rather use the Minepay app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Minepay app on your device.
2. Navigate to the "Profile" section.
3. Click on "Support" within the profile section.
4. Enter your details and submit a query requesting account deletion.
5. Expect a response within 24-48 hours of your request.
